On Friday, June 10, 2022, Christina Rae (Young) Watkins, loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away at age 52. Christina was born on August 2, 1969 in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island to Ross and Jean (Arthur) Young. Her dad, Fred Johnson, came into her life in 1980. Chris retired after 32 years from the Pasco County Clerks Office, where she started as a junior in high school through the cooperative business education program. Chris was preceded in death by her biological father and her nephew, Stephen. She is survived by her mother, Jean Johnson, her father, Fred Johnson; her son, Matthew, her sister, Tammy Roderick (Bo, Justin, Kirsten), her brother, Mark Johnson (Jill, Patrick) and her half-sister, Simone Gartner. She is also survived by several lifelong friends, Diana (Marsee) Roy, Shawn Persing and Sherri (Sewell) Houghton.
