Crawford, Charlie Mearle 75 of Dade City, Florida, passed away Sunday March 6, 2016 at home with his Family. On March 6, 2016 Charlie Mearle Crawford was called home. He was born on April 12, 1940 in Webster, Florida. He was preceded in death by his Father Jack Crawford, his mother Allie Crawford and many loved ones. Charlie is survived by his wife Geraldine, his son Shawn, daughter in-law Kimberly and his daughter Tonya and his grand-children and great-grand children. Charlie's brother Ray (Lynn), Jerry (Linda), Neal and sister Loretta (Bobby). And numerous family survive him. Charlie served in the U.S. Navy, he was a member of the U.S.S. Yellowstone. He was a ship fitter, Fireman. After the service he was a welder, cowboy and farmer. And he provided and cared for his family till the very end. Charlie was loved by many; he was an honorable man. He graduated Pasco High School in 1958 then went to service in the Navy.Charlie was a loving husband, Father and Grandfather (PAPA). His hobbies were bowling, he was on bowling league for years. He loved to rodeo when he was younger. His main passion in life was his loving wife of 50 plus years Geraldine Crawford. Charlie has 5 grand kids, Christopher, Krystal, Lauren, Amy, Gabrielle. Charlie has 8 great-grandchildren, Aidan, J.J.
