Charles Wayne Hutto 75, of Lacoochee, FL passed away suddenly Tuesday, August 31st, 2021. He was born July 10, 1946 in Dade City, FL to Charlie & Louise Weeks Hutto and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He retired from the Florida Department of Corrections as an Administrative Lieutenant and was a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Agnes Hutto; daughter Loretta Cook; 2 sisters: Toni Gosik and Maxine Beigel; 2 grandchildren: Jessica Veley (Kyle) and Clayton Cook (Nancy); and 3 great grandchildren: Leland Veley, Blaze Cook and Abigail Cook. He was preceded in death by his son Kojak Hutto; 2 brothers: Roy Hutto and Clayton Hutto; and 1 sister Patricia Hutto. Funeral Services will be held 11am Wednesday, September 8th, 2021 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
