Charles Little Pugh, Jr., 81 of Zephyrhills, Florida passed away on Friday, December 18th 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. Charles was born in Norfolk, Virginia on March 30, 1934. He was a graduate of South Norfolk High School and an Alumnus of Old Dominion University. He retired in 1997 after many years of service as a Finance Manager. Upon retirement, Charles spent his time as an active member in his church and community, and spent the remainder of his time enjoying the company of his family. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Zephyrhills, and was a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason and Shriner.He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Rosalyn Rawlings Pugh; son, David Pugh, Sr. of Virginia Beach, VA; son, Charles L. Pugh, III of Norfolk, VA; daughter, Natalie Pugh Soueidan of Wesley Chapel, FL; seven grandchildren, David Pugh, Jr, Mary Campbell McDaniel, Caitlin, Marina and Kimberly Pugh, and Hana and Joseph Soueidan. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles L. Pugh, Sr., his mother, Hazel Brothers Pugh and his sister, Janet Pugh Sykes.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at 2 P.M. at First Presbyterian Church of Zephyrhills. The family has asked that donations be sent to First Presbyterian Church of Zephyrhills in lieu of flowers.
