Charles Miller, 86, of Zephyrhills passed away August 28, 2013. He was born December 31, 1926 inn Sayre, PA. He served in the United States Army during WWII. Some of his memberships included life member of VFW Post # 8154, Zephyrhills; American Legion Post # 273, Maderia Beach; Army-Navy Union Garrison #3697, Largo and Amvets Post # 550. He was preceded in death by children, Michael J Miller and Sharon M Miller; brother, Robert F. Miller. Survivors include his beloved wife of 68 years, Dorothy Miller of Zephyrhills; sons, Dennis R Miller of Zephyrhills and David (Kathy) Miller of Largo; 2 sisters, Leila Connelly of NY and Suzanne Geiss of PA; grandchildren, Adam Miller, Jeremiah (Veronica) Miller, Stephanie (David) Dyck, Zachariah (Jody) Miller, Jared Miller, Amber (James) Smale, Patrick Miller; great grandchildren, Michelle and Morgan Dyck, Presley, Wyatt, Avalee and Ryder Miller, Alise and Ahnika Smale. Visitation will be 2-3 PM Saturday, September 7th at Hodges Family Funeral Home, Zephyrhills. A Service will follow at 3 PM. He will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 11am.
