Charles Robert May Jr., a former Marine died peacefully on January 14, 2022, at the age of 82. Born in Springfield Gardens, New York and grew up in East Meadow, New York then marrying and raising his family in Farmingdale, New York. Eventually moving to Florida in 1988 where he would spend his final days. He loved his family, country and being the center of attention. Those left to cherish his memory include his beloved wife of 60 years, Barbara. Father to Charles III (Karin) and Carolyn (Frank). Loving grandfather to Josh (Jacki), Kellianne (Kevin), Chaz, John, and Mark. Great grandfather to Brinley, Evelyn, and Noah. Brothers Bill (Diane) and James (Janice) and sister Mary (John). Amazing Uncle to 10 nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. A service is scheduled for 11:00 AM on February 11th at the National Florida Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
