Charles M. Harding of Zephyrhills, Florida passed away Monday, October 21, 2013 due to complications from temporal arteritis and pneumonia. Charles was born on November 26, 1929. He married Alice Phetterplace December 29, 1951. He was a veteran of the Korean War and a member of the moose and elk clubs. He and his wife were owners of Hardings Store in Hume, N.Y. for many years and moved to Zephyrhills in 1993. He enjoyed golfing, square dancing, swimming and playing cards. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Marjorie (Mark) Stein, Summerville, Georgia; three sons, John (Laura) Harding, Caneadea, N.Y., Fred (Rebecca) Harding, Leroy, N.Y. and Scott Harding, Wiscoy, N.Y; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, a brother Frank (Madge) Harding, Batavia, N.Y. and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Edwards of Franklin, Texas. A burial service was held at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida
