DEAN, Charlene Faye, age 74, of Dade City, FL passed away peacefully at home on March 5, 2019. She was born on December 30, 1944 in Lacoochee, FL to parents Jack Carter & Eileen Brooks. Charlene was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Lacoochee, where she had been very involved with mission outreach and other charities. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eulan Dean; her father, Jack Carter; two brothers, Curtis and Paul Carter; and her brother-in-law, John Littlepage. Charlene is survived by her mother, Eileen Carter; two sisters, Brenda Campbell (James) and Margie Keith (Ken); one son, Randy Dean; one daughter, Theresa Howard; one granddaughter, Whitney Howard; one sister-in-law, Claudine Littlepage; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.Charlene was very loved and will be missed by many.A graveside service will be held at Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City, FL on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 1pm.
