SEYMOUR, Chad V. 32 of Tampa died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012 at Shands at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Chad was born in Tampa on Feb. 7, 1980; he worked for Publix for the past 14 years. He was preceded in death by his sister Tiffany Seymour Harasick in 2005 and is survived by his parents Robert Robbie and Linda Seymour, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Chad was a kind and loving young man, he was a friend to many and will be sorely missed. His family will receive friends on Sunday, Nov. 25th from 2:00pm until service time at 3:00pm at the Hodges Family Funeral Homes, 11441 Hwy 301 Dade City. Chad will be laid to rest next to his sister, Tiffany at Floral Memory Gardens.
