Chad B Ervin was born on September 12th 1975 in Tampa Florida and went to be with the Lord on September 4th 2021. He is survived by his Wife Jonie Ervin, Mother Sharon Barrentine, Grandfather Otis Barrentine. His 6 children BJ, Kattie, Kristina, Susan, John and Jessi. He had 8 grandchildren Emma, Julia, Jocelyn, Ellie, Charlie ,Liam, DJ and Kynzlee. His brothers; Johnny Ervin Sr., Chas Ervin, Charles III, Anthony and sister Sonya His mother in law Pamela Ellis and many Uncles, Aunts Cousins and friends. Chad was preceded in death by his Father Charles Ervin, Grandmother Jean Barrentine and Uncle Johnny Barrentine. Chad will be missed beyond words, Services will be held at Hodges funeral home in Zephyrhills Florida on September 13th 2021, Viewing will be open to Family and friends from 4pm-6pm with services beginning at 6pm. In Lieu of flowers, Any Donations would be appreciated and made to his Family.
