89, of Dade City,Florida passed away on February 22, 2013. The funeral service will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home 14046 5th St. Dade City, Fl. Visitation will be held at 2:00 PM on March 1,2013; service to follow at 3:00 PM. Cecilia was born in Genola,MN. on January 28, 1924. Cecilia is survived by her three children, Mike Obert and his wife Margaret, Butch Obert, and Anita Lauramoore. Her 2 brothers, Ray Kaas (Ramona) and Leo Kaas (Betty). Cecilia has numerous grand, great-grand and great, great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews, Cecilia is preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Barbara Kaas; her spouses, Donald Obert & John Zeman; and her daughter Donna Rios.
