Catherine Cotter Henry 50, of Dade City, FL passed away Friday, January 3rd, 2020 at her home. She was born April 29, 1969 in Dade City to Leo C. & Irene L. Cotter. She was a dental hygienist and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. As a young girl she grew up cultivating and growing flowers at her parents nursery and floral shop, which shaped her lifelong hobbies of floral designing, gardening and canning in her spare time.

Catherine is survived by her husband of 30 years: H. Glenn Henry; 3 children: Ryan P. Henry, Sarah Catherine Lanser (Peter), Benjamin Scott Henry; her mother: Irene L. Cotter; 6 siblings: Terry Cotter, Thomas Cotter, Kenny Cotter, Theresa Fiore, Paul Cotter, Mary Jo Gude; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father: Leo C. Cotter and 2 brothers: Bernard & Michael Cotter.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10am Friday, January 10, 2020 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:30 - 6:30pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church where a Rosary service will be held at 6:30.

Flowers will be gratefully accepted or those that wish may donate to either "Martha's Table" or the Sacred Heart Flower Fund at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in St. Joe.
