LaMountain, Elizabeth Carolyn, 54, Zephyrhills, formerly of Palatine, Illinois, died Saturday, April 23, 2016. Carolyn was a warrior who fought hard to have the life she wanted. She had a passion for helping others reach their goals and valued her work associates during her 16-year career at Capital One. She is survived by her son, Cody LaMountain; mother, Charlene Miller; brother, Don Miller Jr, his wife Margot and daughter Alexa; former husband, Fred LaMountain; and lifelong friend, Cathy Smith. She was preceded in death by her father, Don Miller, and daughter, Kelsey. A memorial will be held for Carolyn from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, May 8, 2016, at the Lake Bernadette Community Center, 5410 Golf Links Blvd, Zephyrhills, Florida.
