Carolyn W. Griffin 90, of Dade City passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015 in Zephyrhills. She was born April 9, 1925 in Dublin, GA to James Webster & Thelma Grinstead Wynn and was a longtime area resident of Dade City. She was a retired Bookkeeper and a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was a life member of the Dade City Garden Club where she served with the Poinsettia Circle. She is survived by her children: Marilyn Griffin, Milton Griffin; 1 sister: Lucile Crocker; 1 brother: Donald Wynn; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ernest L. Griffin; parents: J.W. & Thelma Wynn; 3 sisters: Jimmie Smith, Ruth Tucker, Martha Gordon; and 1 brother: William Wynn. Funeral services will be held 12:00pm Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for viewing from 5-7pm Monday night at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. Visitation
