MUSSER, Carol, age 76, of Land O' Lakes, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family on November 11, 2020. She was born on May 21, 1944 in Damascus, VA to parents Lawrence Walter Shumate & Gladys Valerie Shumate (Fritts). Carol lived in Virginia until 1979 when the family moved to Dade City, FL. She, along with her husband, ran Musser Fruit Harvesting along with rental property until the late 1980s. Carol owned a mini-storage business until the time of her passing.Along with her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her loving husband, Eugene Musser; and one brother, Larry Schumate. Survivors include two daughters: Deanna Musser Grubbs (Bob) and Toni Ecker (Dave); five grandchildren: David (Gena), Michael, Natalie, Bryan (McKenzie), and Alec (Grace); one great-grandchild, Levi; and one sister, Donna Dove.Carol was a friend to all and will be greatly missed by her family and many friends and business associates. Burial will take place at 10am on November 14, 2020 at Floral Memory Gardens.
