It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carol Marie Morris, who left this world peacefully on Thursday, December 11, 2025, in Zephyrhills, FL. Born in Mineola, NY, on a warm summer Sunday, July 8, 1934, Carol lived a life filled with love, art, and devotion.

Carol spent her formative years on Long Island, NY, along with her brother, William, before moving to Florida. She attended the University of South Florida, where she further cultivated her love for learning. Professionally, Carol dedicated herself to the medical field, working as a transcriptionist at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was committed to her work.

A devout Christian, Carol's faith was an integral part of her life. She was not only a member of her local church community but also actively helped numerous churches and missionaries through her artwork. Her talents in painting and making religious banners brought inspiration and beauty to many congregations.

Carol's legacy extends beyond her achievements. She is lovingly remembered by her son, John E. Blevins Jr., and her cherished grandson, Cole Blevins, who carry forward the memories of love and laughter.

In her personal life, Carol found joy in creating art, painting, and making religious banners, activities that filled her days with purpose and creativity. Following the service, Carol will be placed in the Chapel Hill Gardens Belltower, where she will rest in peace with her son, Jacob Barry Morris, who preceded her in death.
