Tharp, Carmen A., 98, of Wesley Chapel, passed away on October 26, 2020 at her residence. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on October 28, 1921, the daughter of Alfredo and Josefina Oyola Archilla. She is survived by her son, Edward Tharp and daughter-in-law Eville Tharp. Funeral services were held on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Dade City, Florida.
