ORTIZ, Carmen Milagros, 60, of Dade City, FL, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 while in the company of her loving family. Carmen was born on December 19, 1961 in Coamo, Puerto Rico, to parents, Moises, and Francisca Rivera. Carmen thoroughly loved her family and cherished every moment she was able to spend with them, she also was a devote believer in Christ, and loved reading the Bible and singing at her church. She is survived by her children, Sara I. Burgos, and Edwin M. Burgos, her grandchildren; Shaune Xavier Hamilton, Damion Vincent Hamilton, Angelyna Ivette Burgos, Ysrael Jose Burgos, and Everly Milagros Woolsey, and her siblings; Zeneida Rivera, Moises Rivera Jr., Edwin Rivera, Josue Rivera, Vivian J. Paz, and Manuel Rivera. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Samuel Ortiz, and her siblings, Angel L. Rivera, and Julio Rivera.
