Carla and her twin brother, Carl, were born on August 18, 1957 in Oswego, New York. She grew up on the shores of Lake Ontario and developed a love for the water and fishing that she carried to Florida in 1977. She is survived by her husband Byron Jones, daughter Tricia Williams (Chris), son Frank Michael Elen, step-daughter Holly Rogers (Tye), most cherished grandchildren Dylan, Piper, Tanner, twins Alexis and Grace, twins Eva and Elissa, Jaiden and Sadie, great grandson Dylan, all of Florida, her mother Kathleen Donovan, sisters Paula Stevens, Ann Bailey, Donna Reeves, and Donna Spear, brothers Danny Loftus, Patrick Loftus and David Loftus all of Oswego, New York, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her twin brother Carl, and brothers Kenny Loftus, John Loftus and Skip Peavey. Her compassion for humanity allowed her to assist many people throughout her 38 year career as an ethical and loving registered nurse and massage therapist. Carla was a volunteer builder for the first Women Build house for Habitat for Humanity in East Pasco. She had a special touch for caring for those in death while working in Hospice Care. Carla loved animals deeply and is remembered often telling stories about her special pets. Her zest for life will be missed.
