Trout, Carl Remmer Corky 87 of Zephyrhills, FL passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 31, 2015 in Zephyrhills. Corky was born April 14,1928 in Seneca Falls, NY, grew up in Fayette, NY, one of eleven children of Charles & Signa Trout. He served in Korea and received a Purple Heart. He married Betty Beattie in 1953 and had five children. He was an Auto Mechanic by trade, and ran Trouts Garage in Ovid, NY for twenty-five years. Corky married Roseta Lee in 1984 and they lived in Interlaken, NY. After retirement, Corky and Rosy split their time between Interlaken and Zephyrhills, FL. Corky loved watching stock car racing and the Tampa Bay Rays on television, visiting with friends and relatives, and playing cards. He is survived by his loving wife, Rosy; 4 daughters: Peg Trout (James Haney), Cathy Rosen, Amy Trout (Paul Guglielmo) and Suzanne Trout; 7 grandchildren: Jessica, Stephanie & Katrina Trout-Haney, Justin Rosen, Emma & Sloan Gormley and August Guglielmo; step-daughters: Sharon Lee Little (Jeff), Bonnie Mellini (Richard), Patricia Peterman(John) and Tammy Barton; and his brother Dale. He was preceded in death by his parents: Charles & Signa Remmer Trout; a son: Carl Trout Jr. and nine siblings. Memorial services will be held 4pm Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at the Fair Haven Baptist Church in Zephyrhills. Graveside services will take place in May at the Fayette Rural Cemetery in Fayette, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either Gulfside Regional Hospice or the Fair Haven Baptist Church. Memorial Service
