STEWART, Carl, age 82, of Dade City, passed away at his home on May 6, 2021. He was born on August 28, 1928 in Syracuse, NY to parents Carl Phineaus Stewart & Frances (Lewis) Stewart.Carl was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Later in his career, he worked for the Syracuse City School District for 30 years.Throughout his life, Carl was a devout member of the Catholic faith. In his free time, he loved drinking coffee, watching hockey, and working with wood to create various crafts. His favorite pastime, however, was watching FOX News, sitting on his front porch and spending time with family and friends.Along with his parents, Carl was preceded in death by one son, Thomas Stewart; and one daughter, Missy (Michelle) Stewart.Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years, Judith "Jude" (Henry) Stewart; seven children: Carl E. Stewart, Jr. (Edith), James Stewart (Pamela), Michael Stewart (Michelle), Anthony Stewart (Tina), Lori Shaddock (Dale), Lisa Piandes (Kerry), and Jeffrey Thomas; twenty-two grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.Carl will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
