Hayes, Jr., Carl, 51, of Dade City, Florida, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2014, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice in Dade City. Funeral services for Mr. Hayes will be held at 11am on Friday, January 31, at Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 Chapel in Dade City. Visitation will be held from 10am to the hour of service at the funeral home and burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
