Caesar Victor Meza, age 60 of Dade City Florida was born in Tampa Florida on May 9th, 1961, to Jose Meza and Jovita Castro Meza. " Victor" as he was called by his family and friends passed away peacefully on July 12, 2021, surrounded by his family.Victor was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Jovita Meza, brothers Jose "Blue" Meza, Arturo "Artie" Meza, his sister Martha Meza Alexander and his son Caesar "CJ" Meza Jr and nephew Homer "Lil Homer" Meza jr. of Dade City, Florida.He is survived by his two sons, Eliodoro "Lolo" Meza, and Fabian "Fabi" Meza, Beatriz Valadez, the mother of his children and his grandchildren, Ariana C. Meza, Caesar Meza III, and Frankie Love. Victor is also survived by his sisters, Ana M. Calderon (Erasmo Calderon) Aurora M. Juarez (Manuel Juarez Jr) Gregoria Saenz (Angel Saenz) Rosalinda Meza-Harris (Scott Harris), Aida M. Gamez, Tomasa Ramirez (Jose Ramirez), Caridad M. Siller (Jaime Siller) and brothers, Francisco J. Meza (Carmen Meza), Homer Meza, Fidencio Meza (Dawn Harris) as well as numerous nephews and nieces.Victor had a kind heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He was a hard worker and a jack of all trades. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, and loved having fish frys and cookouts. He was a very good cook and enjoyed cooking for his brothers and family. Victor leaves a lot of good memories for his family and friends and co-workers. Victor will be greatly missed by all those that loved him. A funeral mass will be held at St. Rita Catholic Church in Dade City on Saturday, July 17 at 9 am. Everyone is welcome to come to pay their respects and say goodbye. There will be no visitation as Victor will be cremated.We are certain that he is in heaven celebrating with his son CJ and his parents and family. A special thank you to Father Pedro Zavala for giving victor his last rites hours before he passed away.
