Farmer Sr, Byron Ray Grizzly, 77 of Dade City, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013 in Tampa. He was born September 24, 1936 in Knoxville, TN and was retired from the Trucking Industry. He was a member of the New Hope Assembly of God Church and a former member of the Moose Lodge and the Legionnaires. He is survived by his wife of 20 years: June Young Farmer; 4 children: Debbie (Kevin), Pat, Ray Jr. (Bonnie), George; 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; siblings: Charles (Juanita) Wilson, Ed (Pat) Farmer, Delores Kerr, Mary (Johnny) Stubbs; brother-in-law: Almond Drummond, and sister-in-law: Armeda Farmer. Funeral services will be held 1pm Saturday, January 4, 2013 at the 5th Street Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. The family will receive friends two hours prior to service time at the funeral home. Casual attire is requested. Flowers will be gratefully accepted or those that wish may make donations in his memory to either New Hope Assembly of God Benevolent Fund or the Pioneer Florida Museum.
