SMITH, Bishop Neil Parker, 50, of Zephyrhills passed away November 30, 2012. He was born July 10, 1962 in Aurora, IL. He was an ordained minister with the Church of God in Cleveland, TN for 33 years. He was also an author, international evangelist with emphasis in Kenya and prophet in the Body of Christ. Neil is survived by his beloved wife, Julie A. Smith; daughters, Kaitlin and Madison; mother, Nina J. Smith; sister, Susan Smith; father-in-law and mother-n-law, Marvin and Pat Cann; sister-in-laws, Lisa Munsey and Natalie Witt; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be 10-11 AM Thursday, December 6th at Oasis World Outreach Church of Zephyrhills. Funeral Services will take place at 11 AM with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens.
