Billy Paul Seaver of Ft. McCoy, Florida passed away, Sunday, February 8, 2015. He is survived by His Wife Melissa Stephens Seaver, Children, Cynthia Alice Seaver, Courtney Stephens, Marissa Stephens, Parents Cynthia Newgent Boiler, Patrick Edward Seaver Sr., Joseph Paul Boiler, Grandparents: Julia Stultz Newgent, Joyce Inez Rayburn Seaver, Retired Judge William Henry Seaver, Brothers & Sisters: Shannon Seaver Sapp, Jennifer Gray, Heather Valle, Greg Ward, Patrick Edward Seaver Jr., Cheyenne Seaver. Billy enjoyed Hunting, Fishing and SCUBA diving. He was an avid outdoorsman running Go-Carts in Open class and Super Modified at a young age taking first place in the local Go-Cart Series. Also running National Series taking a 9th place trophy. His world revolved around having fun with his daughter Cindy and enjoying teaching her every way he knew how to have an enjoyable life. Everyone knew if you were with Billy Seaver it was going to be a fun day.Billy was born in Dade City and raised in San Antonio and attended Pasco High School in Dade City. Services to celebrate life of Mr. Seaver will be Sunday February 15, 2015 at 2:00pm, at the 301 chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. The Family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm
