Beverly McMorran was born in Scranton, Pa to Stephen and Mary Novajosky on November 13, 1961. She was a graduate of Valley View High School and Marywood College with a degree in Biology. She graduated from CMC School of Nursing in 1986. She married Kevin McMorran on June 7, 1986. Prior to moving to Florida, Beverly worked for OBGYN Consultants in Clarks Summit, Pa. She worked for Insignia Womens Care Florida in Wesley Chapel, Fl. Beverly enjoyed experiencing new adventures with her daughter, painting, gardening, and picking shells on the beach. She will be remembered for her wit and take-charge, straightforward demeanor, of which she held onto until the very end.
Beverly is preceded in death by Tigger McMorran, her special feline companion: Joseph and Eleanor Dombrosky, maternal grandparents: Andrew and Julia Novajosky, paternal grandparents: Joseph Dombrosky, uncle, Joseph Novajosky, uncle, Agnes Kavulich, aunt: Louie Ruspi Jr., second cousin: Robert Angeli, cousin: Mary Rogers, grandmother-in-law.
Beverly is survived by her loving husband Kevin McMorran, Wesley Chapel, Fl., Tristan McMorran, son, Staten Island, NY., Courtney McMorran, daughter, West Palm Beach, Fl., Mia McMorran, cat; Carol (Novajosky) Moreck, sister, Richard Moreck, husband, Ocean City Md.; Stephen Novajosky, brother, Sue Novajosky, wife, Peckville Pa.; Stephen and Mary Novajosky, parents, Peckville, Pa.; Buzz and Marlene McMorran, parents-in-law, New Port Richey, Fl.; Brian and Mare McMorran, brother and sister-in-law, Philadelphia, Pa.; nieces: Alyssa Rice, Ashley Fox, and Moriah McMorran; nephews: Stephen Novajosky, Sean McMorran, Kyle Novajosky; Theresa and Thomas Guida, aunt and uncle; cousins: Mary Theresa Santarelli, Patsy Guida, Jule Angeli, Andy Kavulich, George Kavulich, and their families.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Gulfside Hospice and Pallative Care in Zephyrhills, FL., on behalf of Beverly.
The family of Beverly McMorran wishes to extend sincere thanks to family and friends for their prayers and support throughout her battle, especially to a beloved family friend, Cindy Munley. Also, a special thank you to the staff and doctors of Florida Hospital Zephyrhills, Insignia Womens Care, and Gulfside Hospice and Pallative Care. Services will be held a later date.
