Betty J. Kessler, 94, of Sidney Center NY, currently in Zephyrhills, passed away peacefully early February 26th 2024.

Born in Luzerne County PA, October 12th 1929 to parents Norris and Mildred (Frailey) VanWhy. As a young child, she moved with her family to Bundy Hollow in Masonville, NY. Betty worked for many years at the Amphenol Corporation and retired in 1993 to help care for her in-laws, Julia and Rudy

Betty married her husband, Ralph on January 20, 1973. They enjoyed spending time with their son, Bruce King and later grandchildren traveling all over the US, especially down to Florida.

Betty will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband Ralph and her son Bruce King, who never left his moms side caring for her. Betty is also survived by her many grandchildren, including Matthew King who shared many cherished moments with her.

Betty was predeceased by her sisters Alice and May, brothers John and Norris and her first son Richard VanWhy.
