Betty Jo Franklin passed away peacefully on October 27st, 2021 with her granddaughter Jennifer Clarke by her side. She was 89 years old. Betty was born in Alabama and lived most of her life in Lacoochee, Florida. She was proceeded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Beachem Franklin and her daughter, Brenda Franklin. She is survived by family who love her dearly: her son, James Allen Franklin and his wife, Donna Franklin, grandchildren Jennifer Clarke, Amanda and Josh Peranteau, and great-grandchildren Nicolas Clarke, Alliah, Josh, and Isaac Peranteau, as well as many other family and friends. A memorial service for friends and family will be held at First Baptist Church of Lacoochee on November 20th at 1000. Betty was a social butterfly, whose compassion, love, and kindness graced everyone she knew. She will be deeply missed. There are no gallery images.
