BASSETT, Beryl Ann, 90, of Zephyrhills, FL, entered into eternal rest on Friday, March 17th , 2023. Beryl was born April 8th ,1932 in Lowell, MA, to parents Ruth Hopkinson Tomlin and David Rowe. Beryl graduated from Lowell High School and was joined in marriage to her late husband John Bassett on July 6th, 1947. Beryl was a nurses aide, a career in which she thoroughly enjoyed and a homemaker, and when not working, she loved baking, especially baking cakes and decorating them. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Bassett. She is survived by her children, Paula Clark of Naples, FL, John Bassett of Lee High Acres, FL, Gail Crowthers of Zephyrhills, FL, William Bassett of Zephyrhills, FL, Matthew Bassett of Derry, NH, David Bassett of Dracut, MA, Scott Bassett of Dracut MA, and Ruth Bassett of Zephyrhills, FL, 9 Grandchildren, and 8 Great Grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023 at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Zephyrhills, FL, with visitation at 10:00 am, and service at 11 am, and committal at Chapel Hill Gardens Mausoleum in Dade City.
