Born March 1, 1923 in Tuscaloosa, AL, she went to be with the Lord on December 21, 2013, while residing at Zephyr Haven Nursing Home in Zephyrhills, FL. She was 90 years old, and was preceded in death by husband, Eugene Felts, of Richland, FL. She was one of nine children born to Ursa Lenard Herring and Lillie Hallman. She is preceded in death by sisters, Ethel Lucille Gassoway, of Davey Fl, Sadie Valery Holloway, of Naples, FL, Bessie Mae Wynn, of Palatka, FL; Brothers, Olon Herring, of Lacoochee, FL, Iva Lee(Buck) Herring Hobbs, of New Mexico, Donald Herring, of St. Augustine, FL; children, Jerilene Greshuck, of Lakeland, FL, Fayrene Velez, of Richland, FL, Robert Lewis Williamson, of Richland, FL, Sharon Edwina Edge, of Zephyrhills, FL.She is survived by sisters, Gena McCall, of Bradenton, FL, and Margie Jones, of Wellington, FL.Bertha Loraine was a loving mother to 7 children, three are her sons, David Alan Williamson, of Lacoochee, FL, Sherod Edwin Williamson, of Richland, FL, Lenard Franklin Felts, of Zephyrhills, FL, which she survives.She had 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.She was a member of the Church Of Latter Day Saints of Zephyrhills on Ft King Rd. Loraine loved gardening and caring for her many young ones that called her Grandma or Great Grandma. She was tough as nails but had a heart of gold. She loved being with family and friends and was a mentor to those of us that had the pleasure of spending time with her. She will be deeply missed but forever in our hearts.Services will be Friday the 27th at 1pm at Hodges Funeral Home 11441 Hwy 301 Dade City Florida.
