Barbara Tibbits passed away on March 23 after a long illness with Dementia. She is survived by her daughter Patty Tibbits, living in Tampa, Florida where she resided following her husbands passing. She was loved and cared for every day making new memories with her daughter. Her son David resides in Europe with his wife Linda and Granddaughter, Eve. She also leaves her two Grandsons Cole and Lucas whom she loved dearly. Barbara was born in Syracuse, NY, and married Robert Tibbits, who passed in 2013. They were married for 68 years. She was an avid oil painter, loved music, gardening, playing the piano, singing with her exceptional voice in the church choir, and sharing that with us, she loved as we did. Her faith and dedication to family was her strength. Burial will be in Syracuse NY with her husband and oldest son Robbie. We will miss her tremendously and with respect and kindness, we thank her for who she was and what she stood for to us, and her love and care. A full 98 years of life. There will not be a funeral but a quiet remembrance of her life.
