Barbara A. Rathje, 81, of Zephyrhills and formerly of Reading, PA passed away 12/29/2015 at Gulfside Hospice. She was born 7/24/1934 in Reading, PA. She was united in marriage to John Rathje on May 20, 1967. In 1996 she retired form CNA. Barbara enjoyed painting and going to the shore in Delaware. Above all, she loved her family. Survivors include her beloved husband of 48 1/2 years, John; son, Michael (Tina) Rathje; step daughter, Hope Elizabeth; brother, Robert Ribble; 4 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 2 PM Sunday, January 3rd at Hillcrest RV Park, Zephyrhills. Graveside services will take place 12:30 Wednesday, January 6th at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell
