It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara Polk announces her passing on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the age of 73 years. Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her children: Vern (Lee), Eric (Amy), Donna Kay (Mark), Ronda and Kelby; and her four siblings: Bobby, James, David, and Nancy. Barbara will also be fondly remembered by her twelve grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and other extended family and friends. She is predeceased in death by her mother, father, brother and her daughter, Susie.

Barbra spent majority of her life in Lacoochee/Dade City, FL. She is well known in her community for her great talent as an artist. She enjoyed participating in the local pow wows and other community arts and craft events.

Barbaras Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 26, at 11:00 a.m., at the Hodges Family Funeral Home, 11441 US Highway 301 Dade City, Florida 33525.
