Arnold Ray Buhl, age 87, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the AdventHealth Hospital in Zephyrhills, Florida. Surviving is his wife, Ethel Buhl; daughter, Rae Ann Buhl of Sturgis, MI; son, Bruce Buhl of Sturgis, MI; step-children: Robert Deter of Orem, UT, Paul Deter of Cocoa, FL, and Rene Welch of Middleville, MI. Also surviving are his seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Arnie graduated from Topeka High School in Topeka, IN in 1951. In 1986, he and his wife started AB's Gloves and Abrasives Inc. Arnie was a lifetime member of the Moose Club, a member of the LaGrange American Legion, a member of the VFW, and a member of the Topeka Area Historical Society. He was an avid car collector who was proud of his collection. He enjoyed attending car auctions and car shows. There will be a Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date. The burial will be a private family gathering at the Oak Lawn Cemetery in Sturgis, MI.
