STEPHENS, Arlene Y., 80, of Dade City, Florida, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 4, 2023, with her loving daughter, Lisa Stephens by her side and while under the care of Lifepath Hospice. She was born in Stone Mountain, Georgia, to parents, Kelly Yarbrough and Ora Cash Yarbrough. Arlene and her late husband owned several businesses in Lakeland, Florida, of which she was the bookkeeper of all Steves Auto Clinic, Stephens Engine Rebuilders, and Steves Auto Alignment. Even though their businesses kept her busy, she always managed to make time for what she enjoyed such as, reading, Arlene was truly an avid reader, her love of animals, and her love for working with her many beautiful flowers in her garden. Arlene is survived by her 3 children, Billy E. Stephens Jr. (Nicci) of Plant City, FL, Connie Fulghum (Bill) of Lakeland, FL, and Lisa Stephens of Dade City, FL, several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She especially held dear her name-sake Granddaughter Arlene Tate and her close family friend, Leonard Calhoun. She has remaining family members in the Georgia area.
