Antonio Hernandez, 63, of Dade City, FL died unexpectedly on July 15, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Ana, five sons, and eight grandchildren. Antonio Hernandez was born on August 13, 1959, to Onesimo Hernandez and Natalia Medina, in Guanajuato, Mexico. He met his wife, Ana Hernandez in Dade City, FL. They married on February 9, 1982, and went on to have 5 sons, Juan (39), Mario (38), Jesus (36), Luis (35), and Miguel (33). In recent years, his focus has been spending time with and enjoying his grandchildren to the fullest. They were his pride and joy. He has three granddaughters, (Arianna, Aubriella, Mari) and five grandsons, (Zain, Luciano, Felix, Adriel, Luca). They were able to experience his fun and goofy side and they adored him for it. Anyone who knew "Tony" knew he was always willing to lend a helping hand. He never failed to make everyone laugh with his jokes and contagious smile. He enjoyed listening to music while doing mechanical work on his truck and tending to his plants. His sudden and unexpected passing has been a shock for his family and friends. He will be greatly missed. Services are as follows: The viewing will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home on Friday, July 28, 2023, from 6pm-8pm. Mass will be on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Saint Ritas Catholic Church at 1:30pm followed by the burial at The Hodges.
