Ms. Annie Evelyn Harper went to be with the Lord on November 5th, 2014. Annie was born in Kline, SC on October 9th, 1930. After having her own family she made the move to Florida, where she spent her life as a devoted and loving mother. She enjoyed family and feeding anyone who entered her home. Annie is proceeded in death by her mother, Geneva Padgett Braxton; father John Gilmore Braxton; two brothers, Herbert and Carl Braxton; one son, Brookie Stanley; one grandson, Jamie Phillips and one great granddaughter, Jayni Williams. Annie is survived by one brother, Mike(Clair Jane)Braxton; one sister, Johnette Whetstone; two sister-in-laws, Hope and Inez Braxton; three daughters, Carolyn(James) Lane, Janel(Edward) Phillips, Frances(Larry) Pate; four sons, Steve Tuten, Johnny(Alicia) Braxton, Herbert(Donna)Newsome, Jimmy(Melinda)Newsome, 20 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren. As well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Services to celebrate the life of Ms. Harper will be Saturday November 8th from the 1st Baptist Church of Lacoochee located at 21012 Bower Road Dade City, Florida.
