Annie Rae Deem, 76, of Zephyrhills, FL, passed away on October 28, 2025. She was born on July 4, 1949 in Andalusia, AL to Ray Athey McAdams and Annie Bell Harrelson McAdams.

Annie Rae moved to Florida in 1951. She attended school in Zephyrhills where she met the love of her life. She was known for her love and generosity. She loved spending time with her family and spoiling her grand and great grandkids. She was a piano player at Crossroads Pentecostal Church. She worked as a hairdresser in the 70's, a meat cutter at Golden Corral, restaurant manger at Sambo's, and her favorite job was teacher's assistant for PreK at WZES.

Annie Rae is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, "Jimmy" James Deem Sr. Son "Jim" James Deem Jr. and daughter-in-law Betsy. Daughter Shelly Finley and son-in-law Gary. Granddaughters Suzanne (Ralph), Tiffany and Stephanie. Great grandkids Sophia, Lilly, Carly, Carter and Anthony. Her brother Steve McAdams and sister-in-law Donnell. Along with nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Ray McAdams and Annie Bell McAdams, sisters Patricia McAdams and Barbara Smith, infant daughter Sue Ann Deem, and nephew Kevin Smith.

A funeral service will be held at Crossroads Pentecostal Church 5220 10th Street, Zephyrhills, FL on Saturday, November 1st at 1 pm. Viewing will be 12:30 pm - 1 pm.
