Browdy, Annie Mae 85, a lifelong resident of Dade City, Florida transitioned to her heavenly home peacefully on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the home of her niece Willie G. Tarver, in St Petersburg, Florida where she had been living since her illness in November 2016. Annie was born to the late Luke Louis and Letha Mae Dunson. She was a member of St John's Missionary Baptist Church in Dade City, Florida. Annie was predeceased by her husband Mr Solomon Browdy, two sisters Daisy B. Davis, and Alberta M. Southward; two brothers John L. Dunson and Luke L. Dunson, Jr. She is survived by one sister Martha L. O'Neal of Orlando, Florida, numerous Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins who loved her dearly. She worked for the Pasco School System as a Managerial Supervisor over the Food Services Division retiring after 35 years. After retiring Annie spent her time helping others in the community in such organizations as The Order of the Eastern Stars. She was also a member of The Naomi Titus 2 Covenant Alliance Ministries, Inc. and was dedicated to helping and serving others in her community. The family services will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the St. John's Missionary Baptist Church, Reverend Harold Thomas Officiating. She will be laid to rest on Monday, July 3, 2017 at the National Cemetery in Bushnell. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Suncoast Hospice (Empath Health) in honor of Annie M.
