(Amy) of Dayton, Ohio, and Zephryhills, FL, died peacefully on Sept. 23. Born on December 21, 1961, in Dayton, Ohio, she was preceded in death by her mother Stephanie Eardly who died in 2008 and her father William D. Eardly who passed in 2014. Amy is survived by her brother Tim Eardly of Centerville, OH, Molly Stover of Zephyrhills, FL, Michael Eardly of Toano, VA and Kate Shepherd of Cincinnati. She was an aunt to Stephanie Richards Potwin, Kyle Richards, Amanda Eardly, Meagan Eardly, Joan Eardly, William Stover and Lily Shepherd. She was a great aunt to Dakota, Eric, Blake, Macey and Anthony. The family is planning a memorial service Oct. 3 at Hodges Family Funeral Home located at 11441 US Hwy 301 Dade City, FL 33525.
