17, of Wesley Chapel passed away October 29, 2014 at All Children's Hospital. She was born November 6, 1996 in Livingston, NJ to Louis and Sylvia Perez. She attended the LYF Inc program and was home schooled. She was a member of Victorious Life Church of Wesley Chapel. Survivors include her parents, Louis and Sylvia Perez; brother, Justin L. Perez; sister, Lauren N. Perez; Aunt, Betty A. Martinez. A Celebration of her life will be conducted on her 18th birthday today at 5 PM at Victorious Life Church of Wesley Chapel with Pastor Darryl, officiating.
