Andrea Danae Luffman-Granet, 54, of Boca Raton passed away on August 27th surrounded by her family. Danae was born on December 3, 1966, in Anchorage, Alaska, to Robert and Peggy Luffman, where her father was stationed in the United States Air Force. After Robert completed his military service, the family relocated back to their home in Dade City, FL. Danae was a 1984 graduate of Pasco High School and also a graduate of University of South Florida. Danae was a devoted and loving mother to her three precious children: Devon, Holden, and Nathan Granet. Her children meant everything to her. Danae was known for making every family occasion extra-special and she was the consummate event planner. Danae is survived by her three children: Devon, Holden, and Nathan Granet of Boca Raton; her mother Peggy A. Luffman of Dade City; her brothers Robert "Robby" E. Luffman (Zane and Zoe) of Dade City and Jason W. Luffman (Bill Kritzer) of Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her father, James Robert Luffman. A celebration of Danaes life will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, 11-September 2021, at the Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home, 11441 US Highway 301, Dade City, FL 33525. Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. prior to the service for those who wish to arrive early. There will also be another Celebration of Life for Danae in Boca Raton at a later date to be announced in the near future.
