Ana Milagros Smith, 79, of Dade City, passed peacefully into Heaven on the night of Sunday, October 29, 2017. She was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, on July 26, 1938, to Emilio Mojica and Octavia Arroyo. She was preceded in rest by her parents, 3 siblings, and her husband and best friend of 47 years, Franklin Smith. She is survived by their daughter, Barbara "Bobie"; 2 stepdaughters, Valerie and Vivian; her sisters Yina, Carmen and Candy; and several nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico, and was a retired social worker for the State of Florida. She and Frank formerly owned Franks Country Kitchen in Trilacoochee and the E&M Restaurant in Dade City. She was a parishioner at St. Rita Catholic Church.A life service will be held at 2pm on Thursday, November 9, 2016, at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 11441 US Hwy 301, Dade City. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of the donors choice. Celebration of Life Service
