Obituary

Amanda Cowan-Webb, 51, of Summitville, Indiana, passed away in Zephyrhills, Florida on November 5, 2025. She was born in Muncie Indiana on February 2, 1974 to Zaiga and the late Floyd O. Cowan Jr.

She was a 1992 graduate of Shenandoah High School in Middletown, Indiana and a 1993 graduate of International Business College with an associate degree in accounting.

She leaves behind her Mom and step-dad Zaiga(Dennis) Joyner, step-dad Jerry(Rhonda) Hodson, 2 sisters Nicole(Matt) Goodson, Erika(Ryan) Looper, step siblings Lindsey(George) Robertson, Evan Joyner, Donna Quinton, Jamie(Tonya) Hodson, Jeremy(Kelly) Hodson, Justin(Amanda) Bousman, and Jordan Hodson. 3 nieces Lillie(Wyatt) Denney, Hannah(Ben) Meier, and Elaina Joyner. 3 nephews Brantley Looper, Zion Joyner, and Hudson Robertson, 2 great nephews Declan and Dakota Denney, one great niece Mallory Meier and one great nephew on the way. Aunt Doris(Steve) Miles, and many more great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She also leaves her special companions Bella and Uden.

She was preceded in death by her Dad, Floyd O. Cowan Jr, maternal grandparents Oskars and Marta Purins, paternal grandparents Rev Floyd O Cowan Sr and Bonnie Cowan Harris, aunt and God mother Connie Nibarger, and Uncle Karlis Sanders.

She was a wonderful cook with dreams of opening her own restaurant. She had a giving spirit, and enjoyed fishing, camping and spoiling Bella, her yorkie. She also loved playing board, card,and dice games with friends and family.

A celebration of life will be held on her birthday with details to be determined and announced by family at a later date.
