Green, Allie Pearl, 78 of Dade City, passed away Friday, March 30,2012 in Dade City under the care of HPH Hospice. She was born August 27, 1933 in Dade City to William Steve & Jeanette Pittman Hamilton and was a lifelong area resident. She was a Practical Nurse and an active member of the First Baptist Church of Dade City where she dedicated the last 15 years serving in the Preschool Ministry. She is survived by her husband of 58 years: Tommy Green; son: Billy Green & Lisa Knous of Dade City, daughter: Monica Green & Jim Class of Dade City; grandson: Evan Green & Brandy Theel of Dade City; great grandchildren: Braiden Green & Riley Theel; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: William Steve & Jeanette Hamilton; and 7 siblings: Ruth Butler, Herbert Hamilton, Steven Hamilton, Jeanette Fagan, Orvest Hamilton, Frankie Steele and Delbert Hamilton. Funeral services will take place 11am Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at the First Baptist Church of Dade City. The family will receive friends for viewing from 6-8pm Tuesday evening at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Florida Hospital in Zephyrhills and HPH Hospice for their kindness and compassion. Flowers will be gratefully accepted or those that wish maymake donations in her memory to either HPH Hospice or the Preschool Ministry at First Baptist Church of Dade City.
