Alice LaVerne Stevens, age 91, passed away in Tampa, Florida, on November 11, 2023. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, she was born to John and Irma Epperson. Alice had two sisters; Eulanda, and Barbara, and one brother; John (Jack). She attended school in Indiana, moved around from Louisiana, Connecticut, and finally settled down in Florida, where she married Ralph Paul Stevens on March 15, 1953 in Tampa, Florida. Alice was a house wife and a mother of three children who she loved very much, she also loved dancing, painting, and her dogs. She is survived by two of her three children; Ralph and his wife Stephanie Stevens and Deborah and her husband Craig Pfeffer, three grandchildren; Melissa Oswald, Krista Pfeffer, and Nathan Stevens, three great grandchildren; Gavin, Declan, and Audrey Hollobaugh, and her sister; Barbara Gibson. Alice is preceded in death by her husband Ralph Stevens Sr. her son John Stevens, and her siblings Eulanda Sumner and John (Jack) Epperson.
