Albert was born on January 29th, 1968 to parents Willie J. "Buddy" (Deceased) and Christine Capehart of Dade City, Florida. Albert was a loving devoted husband and father. He loved his family and certainly had an impact on persons that he came in contact with. His smile would brighten any room he walked in. He will be missed deeply.
