Oliver, Troy, 49, of Lacoochee, Florida passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020. He is survived by 2 daughters, Caitlyn Oliver and Ashleigh Peebles and husband John; 2 grandchildren, Maria Peebles and Michael Torres Jr.; mother, Clara Oliver; and brother, Chipper Oliver and wife Marsha. Troy was predeceased by his father, Berryan; 2 brothers, Rook Oliver and Clayton Oliver. He will be sadly missed by his friends and family.
