CROCCO, John 80, of Zephyrhills passed away January 25, 2014 at Gulfside Center for Hospice Care. He was born a naturalized US citizen on November 24, 1933 in Italy. At the age of 17 he came to the United States to live with his aunt until he married his wife, Angelina Capalbo on September 4, 1954 in St.Michaels Church in Paterson, NJ. John lived in Paterson, NJ from 1954-1994 when he retired from J Josephson in 1992. He was a member and proud leader of the Itailian American Club of Zephyrhills. He was a communicant of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Paterson, NJ. Survivors include his beloved wife of 59 years, Angelina Crocco of Zephyrhills; daughters, Rosanna (Tom) Wieme of NJ, Nancy (Billy) Lane of Zephyrhills; grandchildren, John Thomas and Katherine Wieme and his boy Justin Dochery; sister, Iolanda Luzzi of RI; nieces and nephews; grand nieces and nephews and cousins. Visitation will be 12-2 PM and 4-6 PM Tuesday, January 28th at the First Assembly of God, 36322 SR 54 in Zephyrhills. A Funeral Service will be conducted 11AM Wednesday at the church with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gulfside Regional Hospice of Zephyrhills.
